Does your file contain any third party copyright material?

"Third party copyright" means that you have reproduced material (e.g. photos, artworks, images, poems, etc) that is copyright to another person without having obtained their permission to do so. It is not sufficient in these cases to reference or acknowledge the other person's work, but you should of course always do this anyway. In general, if third party copyright material is used in a thesis/dissertation without the copyright owner's permission, then we ask the thesis/dissertation author to "block it out" in the digital version and add a statement such as "This image has been removed by the author of this thesis/dissertation for copyright reasons."
